Bright-River provides Visual Content services to the larger e-commerce and retail companies around the world. Our 2D and CGI visual experts deliver product visual content daily using our in-house developed platform and applications. Our Business Technology team is a dedicated team of engineers and developers working on our application stack and platform. We are spread across our offices in Chennai, Netherlands, New York and Bangladesh.

Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proven Experience in Workflow Automation: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage commercially focused technical workflow automation projects. This includes working collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and present commercial strategies and presentations that highlight the value and functionality of integrations.
  • Technological Proficiency: Technology savvy, with extensive knowledge in workflow integration techniques, including API, FTP(s), and HTTP(s) protocols, among others.
  • Expertise in Technical Support: A solid track record of providing technical support to sales and marketing teams, empowering them with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell and market workflow automation solutions.
  • Documentation and Training Development: Skilled in creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and training materials related to workflow automation for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Integration Management: Experience in owning the automation of various technical integrations, collaborating with experts to ensure seamless and efficient implementation and operation.
  • Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align technical solutions with organizational goals. This includes facilitating meetings, and regular communication to ensure stakeholder expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Provide leadership and guidance within the organization on adopting best practices for workflow automation and integration, acting as a subject matter expert in identifying and leveraging technologies that drive business value.

Integration Management and Development:

  • Take ownership of the automation of various integrations, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration and optimization of workflow processes. This role involves continuously evaluating and improving integration strategies to meet evolving business needs and technology advancements.
  • Spearhead the Project Acceptance Testing (PAT) process, overseeing everything from account setup, specification definitions, and deadline management to addressing complexities, handling rejections, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement:

  • Continuously monitor the performance of implemented workflow automation and integration solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of existing systems and processes to recommend architectural and procedural changes that enhance reliability, scalability, and overall performance. Engage in proactive problem-solving to address any technical challenges that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Technical Support and Documentation:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to the Sales and Marketing teams, enabling them to understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our workflow automation and integration solutions to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials related to workflow automation processes. These materials should cater to both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to utilize our solutions effectively.
