To support our ambitious growth objectives, Bright River is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the team.


What is your Mission?

The right person for this role has solid knowledge in value proposition development with hands-on experience in new product launches. Together with the other members of the ‘launch team’, your main responsibility will be to help transform an idea into a marketable product/service along with a GTM strategy, a sustainable business model, positioning, messaging, and pricing. Internal communications as well as sales enablement are equally important to ensure consistency when telling the world the story of our products and services. We are not looking for a marketing generalist, but for a product marketing specialist with experience in product development & management, and productising services.    

A few of the task you’d either own or contribute towards:

  • Develop value propositions tailored to each buyer persona for existing/new products and services by making complex matters simple(r) to understand and relate to.  
  • Develop the GTM strategy, including writing and producing marketing collateral: From emailers and cold call scripts through to website copy, FAQs, and sales enablement materials.
  • Drive and lead the commercialisation of products. Measure and optimise the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.


How to stand out from the rest?

  • Native English speaker is a strong plus.

  • Experience with tech-enables managed services in a B2B environment.

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B product marketing with a proven track record in taking end-to- end responsibility of marketing scalable products, from idea generation to execution.

  • Excellent communication and content writing skills in English

  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across multiple departments and stakeholders to bring the product to life.

  • Strategic thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals.

  • Tech-savvy mindset. Self-starter. Proactive.

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
