Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure and Application Engineer to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining and advancing our cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, automation, and seamless deployment of modern SaaS and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in DevOps, cloud platforms, and container orchestration, with a deep passion for creating efficient, robust infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Assist the design, implement, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Container Orchestration: Manage Kubernetes-based clusters for production, staging, and internal environments, ensuring smooth deployments and scaling.
Automation: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and infrastructure provisioning.
Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
Monitoring and Logging: Oversee tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch for real-time infrastructure monitoring, health checks, and alerting.
Edge and Security Management: Configure and maintain edge services like Cloudflare Load Balancing, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Data Infrastructure: Monitor and manage distributed databases, Kafka event streams, and data lakes to support high-volume data transactions.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product teams, and AI engineers to implement infrastructure that meets technical and business needs.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, deployment processes, and configurations for effective knowledge sharing.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in cloud infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and Terraform.
Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
Proficiency in distributed systems such as Kafka for event streaming.
Familiarity with security practices and tools for identity management (Keycloak, OpenLDAP).
Strong troubleshooting skills for infrastructure and application-level issues.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
